This package is designed to offer you comprehensive detailed phone support for product use, including orientation, resolving operational questions. We will tutor you on all aspects related to the proper use of your product and will provide step by step help over the phone as well as offer suggestions.
Through this service we will also offer repair support for devices no longer covered under warranty or that were purchased from another distributor.
A NOTE ABOUT WARRANTY COVERAGE: Warranty services are only provided for products purchased from Natural Methods inc. Warranty repairs are covered under the original product purchase for the term and type of warranty selected at the time of purchase. No additional help desk fees apply for active warranty repairs.
