Provides help with product support on a per call basis for consumers who did not originally purchase their product from Natural Methods Inc or who did not buy a long term help desk package at the time of original purchase.

- Start up orientation and set up help by phone
- Answering of operational questions
This package is designed to offer you one-time comprehensive detailed phone support for product use, including orientation, resolving operational questions. We will tutor you on all aspects related to the proper use of your product and will provide step by step help over the phone as well as offer suggestions.
A NOTE ABOUT WARRANTY COVERAGE: Warranty services are only provided for paying customers of Natural Methods inc. If you did not purchase your device from Natural Methods you must first pay for either an Ownership Transfer Package, if you bought the device used from one of our customers OR a Service Set Up Package if you bought the device from another source. See individual package included options for details.
For original owners the warranty and or repairs are covered under the original product purchase for the term and type of warranty selected at the time of purchase. If you purchased your product from Natural Methods then no additional help desk fees apply for start up or warranty support repair. If your product was purchased from Natural Methods Inc and your warranty is still valid please call 519-941-7008, option 3 for warranty support.

If you purchased your device used from one of our customers please refer to and select the Ownership Transfer Package in place of this package.
This service may also be used by consumers who would like to receive help from Natural Methods with a device they originally purchased from another product dealer.
Service Set Up Package
- Receive comprehensive product support***
- Access by Phone or Email during business hours
*** for the term of the manufacturers warranty or one year from purchase of this package - which ever is longer. This package is for support only and does not extend or replace any warranty. Labor and parts are extra.

OWNERSHIP TRANSFER PACKAGE - Items Purchased Here

Ownership Transfer Package includes:
CLIENT PRODUCT TRANSFER & SUPPORT. This service is for consumers who have purchased a fertility monitor from a Natural Methods client, such as Lady-Comp, Baby-Comp or Pearly. This fee is charged to cover the administration cost related to transferring the old customer file over to your name and to cover our staff time in helping you set up your monitor for the first time. Also because we have a full history of the device on file you benefit. We will transfer any of the remaining manufacturer warranty time left on the product, to you. For full list of services see below. IF YOUR MONITOR WAS NOT ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FROM NATURAL METHODS you must select the Service Set Up Package to receive assistance.
